Monster Jam

Monster Jam is coming to Orlando, Jan. 25th!

If you’ve never been to a MONSTER JAM® event, I highly recommend that you attend one of these monstrous events, and if you have children, take them along, for a fun filled exciting day, that you will never forget.
I was invited to experience MONSTER JAM® at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL, on Saturday, January 18th, 2014, and enjoy their World’s Ultimate Pit Party, along with the main event, the monster trucks, and everything else that goes on in the stadium.
At most MONSTER JAM® events these monster trucks will face off in at least two forms of competition – racing and freestyle.
In the racing bracket the first monster truck to cross the finish line with the least number of penalties is declared the winner of that race. Each winner from each race gets a chance to compete until there are only two monster trucks racing in the final race to be declared the racing champion, and that winner gets to go home with the MONSTER JAM® racing trophy in hand.
In the freestyle competition the monster trucks get a limited amount of time, where they get to show off their skills in a jaw dropping display of punishing stunts and amazing tricks. You have to see this to believe it, as these trucks do things that only monster trucks can. For more info go to (monsterjam.com/questions).
The Pit Party is a huge attraction, where children and fans alike get a chance to meet and greet their favorite drivers, get photo ops and autograph opportunities with these amazing monster truck drivers. Fans can also purchase memorabilia, enjoy other fun and exciting activities, listen to music and purchase food and drinks. The Pit Party was so amazing and fun that you must attend it, and experience it.
One of the attractions at the Pit Party was a Gyrosphere, which one of our U Want Country girls, Haley Mikenas had an opportunity to ride this attraction, and let me tell you, she had a blast as the gyrosphere spun her in every which way, without making her a bit dizzy, which is surprising, as it looks like a contraption you might see an astronaut in while getting ready for their next mission in space.
Now, imagine taking a ride in one of these amazing monster trucks? Well, we did get an opportunity to ride in Grave Digger’s ride truck, and all I can say is, OMG! The Grave Digger ride truck allows fans to get a glimpse of what their favorite driver experiences, while driving these amazing monster trucks. What a thrill that was! I highly recommend that you get yourself to get in on this ride, as you sure won’t ever forget this experience, and it’s all part of the MONSTER JAM® Party in the Pits experience. The MONSTER JAM® Pit Party has so much to offer, and it’s not to be missed, especially if you are a fan of monster trucks or simply a fan of family, fun and excitement. Most other events don’t even offer this kind of activity that the whole family can enjoy together. A must see to believe!
If you missed this MONSTER JAM®, and Party in the Pits experience in Tampa on Saturday, January 18, have no worries as MONSTER JAM® returns to Orlando, at the Citrus Bowl on Saturday, January 25, with the same monster truck line-up that my crew and I had the wonderful opportunity to experience for ourselves. If you haven’t purchased your tickets I highly recommend going to their official website at monsterjam.com or ticketmaster.com and get your tickets for a fun filled monstrous event, the whole family can enjoy!
