Signature Chefs of Orlando – Season 2. Episode 5 – “Petite Filet Mignon”

We visit once again with Chef Gamalier Burgos of the DoubleTree Guest Suites in the Walt Disney World Resort as he prepares Petite Filet Mignon with Blue Cheese Crust, finished with Port Wine Reduction and served with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes!
