Folk Duo “The Baron Sisters” to perform at Orlando Science Center

More good news: The Contemporary Folk Duo, The Baron Sisters, are making a special appearance at the Orlando Science Center on July 23 as part of the celebration for the world premiere of the guitar exhibit called “GUITAR: The Instrument that Rocked the World.”
In case you didn’t know, Kimberly and Kelsie Baron are up and coming names in contemporary folk and country music circles who recently performed at the 2011 Florida Music Festival. They are known for their sweet, sensational style and superb sibling harmony, they made a name for themselves while still in their teens. The Baron Sisters have opened for an impressive list of artists including Sugarland, Alan Jackson, Phil Vassar and JoDee Messina.
The guitar exhibit is 5,000 square feet and offers guitar enthusiasts an opportunity to journey through the history and evolution of the guitar and examine the science of sound with engaging displays that pay homage to the guitar as one of the most widely recognized cultural symbols of the day. The Baron Sister will be there on the 23rd at 11am for a meet and greet then have shows at 1:30pm and 3pm. You can reserve tickets for $5
This special appearance is included in general admission, which is $17 for adults, $12 for youth ages 3 to 11. General admission includes access to the Guitar exhibit as well as all four floors of interactive exhibits, giant screen films, and live science demonstrations.
