July 7, 2011, 6:29 am
Walt Disney World has made their park even more authentic by adding a new “wild” dining option and is already making upgrades to one of its many Epcot restaurants. Disney visitors can now have lunch with an animal specialist at Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom lodge while learning about the many animals that roam the African savannas. The African-inspired lunch is served within view of animals like giraffes and zebras. Lunch includes warm naan bread, unique dips, slow-cooked meats and dessert.
The lunch only takes place on Wednesdays starting at 11:30 a.m. The experience costs $49 for adults and $29 for children. Reservations can be made by calling 407-938-6922 or stopping at the resort’s concierge desk.
