Fireworks at the Fountain has a new twist this Fourth of July. Unlike before, this year you can actually buy a souvenir piece of the original Lake Eola Fountain. The price of the fountain remnants range from $1-$50 and are limited in quantity. They also come with a certificate of authenticity signed by Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer. Each person is limited to three pieces while supplies last. Cash, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
All proceeds from the sale will directly benefit the Orlando Community & Youth Trust Inc., a non-profit organization created to support the mission of the City of Orlando’s Department of Families, Parks, and Recreation. To purchase your piece of history after July 4th, contact the City of Orlando Parks Division at 407.246.2284.
