I remember seeing the story when the studio opened and I was living briefly in Orlando. I wanted to go and still do!

I am apart of this class and it is amazing the results you get while having so much fun. Me personally before this, I have NEVER done any sports, dance, or gymnastics, and after 6 months I have strength, stamina and flexibility and I would encourage anyone to at least go try it!!!
I have been trying to get to a class for a while and this clinches it now. I have a friend who started this about a year ago, at Orlando Aerial Arts and now she is actually PERFORMING at the recitals and shows that they have a few times a year. and looks amazing. I loved this video.
