Lightning sweep Washington, move on in playoffs

The exciting and surprising NHL playoffs continued Wednesday night as the Tampa Bay Lightning squared off against the Washington Capitals in game 4 of the 2nd round series. The result was wonderful for Tampa as Sean Bergenheim put two goals in the net while goalie Dwayne Roloson stopped 33 shots as the surging Lightning completed a series sweep of the top seeded Washington Capitals with a 5-3 victory. The Lightning extended their impressive playoff winning streak to seven games and advanced to the Eastern Conference finals for the first time since their 2004 Stanley Cup championship season.
