Orange School Board member Vicky Bell arranged for students at Evans High School to receive free vision screenings for vision problems. It was the first time that the entire student body of an Orange County High School had been screened with high-tech equipment in a one day. After the tests were conducted it was revealed that 482 out of the 2,000 Evans High School students were in need of glasses. “If you can’t see, you can’t learn,” Bell told us.
