History was made on Saturday at Daytona International Speedway when a blind man drove a special car equipped with non-visual technology. The man’s name is Mark Anthony Riccobono, he is a director of technology, research, and education programs for the organization and wanted to be the first to try out the new non-visual driving program. Riccobono drove a Ford Escape hybrid 1.5 miles on the road course section at Daytona International Speedway.
