24 Hour Orlando Film Festival
At 9:00 AM on May 14th, 2011, 53 teams took on a challenge.
Every team received a packet that morning. Inside that packet teams found a 'Required List', a DVD and legal forms, along with explicit instructions. The challenge…to write, shoot, edit and deliver a short 3-5 minute film within 24 hours.
The 'Required List' included: - 2 Genres, of which to choose only one from. - A list of 15 items, of which they had to choose 3 to have somewhere in the film. - A line of dialogue they must include in the film. The overall winning film could win up to $3,000. How many teams were able to meet the challenge? Which film won? The race is on, and the new films will be released soon! In the meanwhile, watch as we reveal one film per day, until all of the top 24 can be seen here!
